Printing Capabilities
Our printing capabilities include high-quality, web and sheet fed offset and digital, one- to four-color text at both our Ohio and BMI Asia printing facilities. We provide economical solutions for your printing needs by utilizing a wide variety of quality house stocks. Common trim sizes range from 4.75 x 7 to 9 x 12. Using gloss or matte UV coating or film lamination for your cover or dust jacket creates a professional finishing touch.
Binding & Print Runs
Our binding capabilities include perfect binding, case binding, saddle stitch, double wire-o, GBC comb, plastic coil, Lay-Flat, and trim-four/drill three for loose leaf.

 Offset Color Printing
Full-color books are in big demand. BookMasters’ four-color printing reproduces vibrant colors on Heidelberg Speedmaster presses for text and covers. Each of our presses are closely profiled to our GMG Color Management System allowing us to give you color that will excite the eye and match the printed product.
 Environmentally Friendly
BookMasters is committed to operations and procedures that keep us environmentally friendly. We do this through a comprehensive recycling program, biodegradable inks and chemistry, and using FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper mills. We also make available 10%, 30% and 100% post-consumer waste papers for manufacturing

Lead and phthalates are part of the regulated substance list as pertains to EU Directive 2002/95/EC. There are no components in our book manufacturing process where lead or phthalates are added, or present above the RoHS limits as prescribed in the directive and the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) 2008.
