Creating a PDF with Adobe Acrobat 8 & 9
Step 1: Download the BookMasters Distiller

Step 2: Uncompress the file and save to a folder on your hard drive.
Step 3: Launch Acrobat Distiller, under the settings menu select "ADD Adobe PDF Settings". Select the BookMasters setting that you saved to your hard drive.
Step 4: Select "BMI Distiller" from the Default Setting menu
Step 5: Leave Distiller running in the background and go back to your page layout program and use its export as PDF option. Do not override Distiller's settings. Instead, allow your program to use the Distiller settings you just selected as the Distiller Job Options.
Step 6: After you have created your PDF file(s), proceed to our preflight page where you can preflight your PDF file(s) prior to sending your job.
