The 11.11 Inter-Species Alliance: An introduction
More and more psychically oriented people are talking to, and learning from, their invisible Ascended Masters, Melchizedeks, Celestial Teachers, and Guardian Angels. It is one of the ever-growing phenomena of the Aquarian Age.
Recently we had an opportunity to conduct an interview with author and third generation psychic George Barnard, who for many years has learned from and worked with his very own "group of Celestials." He calls them the 11.11 Platoon. Barnard knows them by sight and calls them by name.
The Dutch-by-birth, French-by-descent, Australian-by-choice therapist and retired industrialist has just returned from a working trip to the US to promote his documentation of the "11.11 Inter-Species Alliance" and to teach others something called remote viewing, which allows people to clearly see these time-distant Friends.
"All over the world, people are noting the 11.11 phenomenon," says Barnard. "They see it on their watches, clocks, microwave ovens and computers. The 11,11 enigma is meaningful, they know, but there are dozens of theories about it. From about 1962 onwards, I regularly spotted those multiple numbers. Following the 11.11 prompt I would inexplicably know what would happen in the days that followed.
"But not until about ten years later--during the Australian summer of 1971/1972 and in a near-death trance--did I see the first three of the 11.11 Spirit Guardians. That's what I call them--the Eleven-Eleven."
Says Barnard, "I asked them who they were, and they answered in French. 'Nous sommes les Mille-Cent-et-Onze Esprits Gardiens . . . we are the One-Thousand-One-Hundred-and-Eleven Spirit Guardians. The name of our number, the number of our name. We share your space, not your time.' This made an overwhelming amount of sense to me! These great guys were in fact my unseen teachers, and, for about 10 years already!
"11.11 is their worldwide 'trademark', 'call sign', or 'courtesy reminder call.' Later, I suggested 9.09, 10.10, 12.12, and the rest of those double digits, would be just as useful for a prompt. That proposal was instantly accepted.
"Years later, I inquired from one of them why on earth they chose me to work with. There was a hard-to-forget look of surprise on that celestial face. Finally the snappy answer came, 'You chose us!'
"I had to think about that one, and days later I remembered that when still only a young man, I almost lost my life in a riptide. I considered that only the Creator Himself or His next-in-command could have got me out of danger.
"I was speeding off towards New Zealand at a rate of knots, and would possibly have been there for supper--most likely without my appetite though, as I would have been quite dead.
"However, until that question was asked of me, I had truly put the trauma of that near drowning out of my mind."
Memories of Other Lives
The Celestials were soon turning up more and more, explains Barnard. "There was a growing frequency of occasions when these Celestials and their pet mortal engaged in surprising if rather irregular workgroups, sometimes between as many as four or five different species.
"We were an active platoon of health workers, and still are. I realized that their humor is brilliant. The manner of communication, however, became rather too casual on my part."
Continues Barnard, "On one occasion I asked a most complex question and the answer arrived almost instantaneously. Rather tongue-in-cheek, I suggested, 'well, thanks. What took you so long?'
Barnard's Celestial was not amused.
"'OK,' I told him. 'I apologize. We're still friends, I gather, for you are so very forgiving, I know. We will always be friends. We're as old as the Hills, you and I.' He told me, 'you are older.' Greatly surprised, I answered, 'I have all these vague memories of other lives! Suppose I had better learn to act my age, eh?' The swift response - 'What takes you so long?' He did not wait for an answer. He was gone. He simply 'blinked off.'"
But does Barnard actually see these beings?
"I can see these Celestials rather well - it's a gift, I'm sure," he says. During the 39 years of our Inter-Species Alliance, there have been some hilarious misunderstandings between us. Most of these mix-ups are also documented in my CD ROM library of four books."
Mighty Unsettling
Barnard is aware how odd his experiences may seem. "Consider this--there is, at first, something mighty unsettling about being a therapist and hearing voices others can't hear. The recipient might wonder if it is mentally hygienic to be receiving audible messages. But when intelligent information regularly comes through, and in a number of languages, it leaves even the student of psychology very little doubt about the veracity of such an experience. He soon learns he has not misplaced his marbles.
"Many of us still feel that space may be transcended, worlds within worlds. But, likely, it is time, which is the misunderstood 'wild card in the deck' of experiential life."
He explains, "Time is 'faceted, segmented.' Time doesn't just happen. It is a manufactured, eternity-sustained product, and human beings only exist in their own, sharply delineated 'slice of time.' Our Spirit Guardian Friends live in their own, adjoining segments of time, reportedly between humans and the angelic forces, but the Celestials all walk this earth with us.
"I knew of no one else who worked with them, but I gathered the medieval poet Dante did. His guide, Beatrice, was one of the Eleven-Eleven. Joan of Arc worked with them. Edgar Cayce, Churchill, Swedenborg--the big guys. They were not humble, everyday therapists.
"In working with these Celestials in isolation, I needed to invent a lot of terminology. I called their abode 'the temporal halfway realm.' In America they are called 'Midwayer', inhabiting 'the midway realm of time', and for me it was good to meet others who also know this type of Celestial so well. There are groups of people, not just individuals, who work with the 11.11 Spirit Guardians and in greatly diverse circumstances, like publishing, hands-on healing, even animal welfare.
"Most intriguing, the Celestial Friends of my US contacts told them I would be visiting soon, even before I landed there, and that I would teach many people to see their spirit teachers."
