for this country has been, without a doubt, the nation with the most
notorious growth in almost every aspect of life. Many of the world's
leading geo-political analysts foresee the downfall of this great country.
However, the craving expectations if doom of those who hate America
have been frustrated with time, for this nation still gallops speedily
as a healthy stallion gallops in an open savannah. Why is the
United States so strong? No doubts about it: God supports America.

scriptural proof to support every argument that conclusively verifies
his biblical conceptions on regards to this nation. I urge you

PREFACE
Before the eyes of the
general public, and very in particular to the readers of the United
States of America, let me introduce to you the work that intends to
identify the most significant nation to the people of God in these
final days, for the End is at hand. At this point in time, the
distinctive characteristics and circumstances surrounding America
are, without a doubt, the best possible chance for us, the believers
who truly love Christ and his coming New Kingdom, to close the gap
that separates us from the end of this age and the beginning of the
new one.
Let us be clear in this: We
are not after political advantages or material gains. I was
born on American soil, to be specific in the island of Puerto Rico,
and I love this little piece of land with my heart. My dearest
wishes have always been for this my small homeland, but in order to
be an upright and true biblical interpreter, I must gird my loins
with the Word of God in order to present clear evidence of my true
prophetic call - for this is ought to be done in order to allow
heaven and earth to speak one in the same language.
I love my earthly
birthplace with all my heart, as a fellow neighbor of this town once
describe it: "...the place where my eyes first saw the light..."
(as a human being, of course, for I did saw the brightest beams of
heaven during my pre-existing life). Jesus, who has been
manifesting before this servant and his congregation for about seven
years, has declared unto me that He is my greater brother, and that
I am the pre-existing son of God sent to this world to become the
sign that will gather the remnant of His people in this end of time.
He, my greater brother Jesus the Christ, by his own initiative, has
unveiled my mind allowing me to remember my past pre-existing life.
In short, before this world
was I was, and I knew the life, happiness and love only seen in the
heavenly circles. Therefore, I will not relinquish these
things for the passing amusements of this world. I therefore
prefer to return to that wonderful world from which I came from.
I am about to complete my
mission, and my return home is awaiting me with blessings: For I
know that the day will come when I will look around about many
people with satisfaction knowing that by listening to my voice -
that shall sound in the name of the Lord - they found the truth and
are now now living forever in full peace and happiness.
The Word of God is so clear
and eloquent in its wording! Through It there is a call of
duty in order for us to withdraw and detach from the love of this
world and to join Jesus to the heavenly courts where, as Jesus
declared: "...moth nor rust destroys" (Matthew 6:20).
March along with us and join God's Israel by paying attention to the
message of The voice of the Third Angel. This way you
will discover that there is a way for you to achieve that elusive
happiness you have been searching for so long - for all our human
efforts to attain it in this world is in vain.
It was my intent to bring
forth these explanations before you begin reading this book, for I
am aware this writing will create quite a stir and that many will
accuse me of being an "outcast", "son of Satan", "flatterer", etc.
However, those who truly know me are aware of the fact that I, in
the same way as my greater brother Jesus, have the best wishes for
every one.
And for this reason I
diligently insist to proclaim the whole truth and nothing but the
truth - even when I am aware of the risks involved. All I ask
God is for you to be able to understand and that through my message
you can become one of the "blessed ones" of God. As you read
the content of this book you will bear me witness that my working
is unbiased and objective, for "render therefore to Caesar the
things which are Caesar's and unto God the things that are God's."
