CHAPTER CONTENT: Chapter 1: Man, Knowledge, And Reality Sets
up a useful and very general definition of reality. Discusses meaning
of concepts and generalizations. States how questioning is the first
step to truth-seeking. Lists useful standards for seeking truth on
reality’s terms. Describes how answering fundamental questions at
their “highest level” serves as the basis to understand reality.
The fundamental questions form a “why-what” paradigm. Those
questions are: Where, How, When, What, and Why. Understanding physics
answers those questions. Chapter 2: Methodology Describes
the refined scientific means to understand deeper aspects of reality.
Defines different types of why-what relationships (including cause and
effect) and the inferential processes needed to understand them.
Describes how explanation can relate the hierarchical structure of
reality. Describes difference between wisdom and foolishness.
Discusses problems associated with truth seeking. Chapter 3: Where Aspect Begins
to explain the structure of reality by describing the Where Aspect
diagram and how it defines the universes. Different levels of
understanding reality refer to ever more encompassing levels of
reality’s structure. Chapter 4: How Aspect Describes
the How Aspect diagram and how it defines different levels of
intelligence. For example, we grant that animals are more intelligent
than plants. Chapter 5: Behavior Describes
basic types of behavior. Defines difference between egocentric and
realistic behaviors. Behavior needs to be understood because
misconceptions, biases, and inadequate methodologies tend to hinder
the attempt to understand reality. Chapter 6: Mind Control Explains
why some people are not serious truth seekers. Chapter 7: Science and Definitions Describes
the crucial difference between words (and concepts) and what they
might represent in reality. Tells how we know whether a concept
represents something real. Chapter 8: Defining the Self Explains
how the self needs to be defined by how man “fits into the structure
of reality.” Explicitly
defines difference between statements of: fact, belief, and how they
relate to realistic and egocentric behaviors. Chapter 9: When Aspect Begins
to explain the nature of time according to certain principles of
physics. Chapter 10: Deltic Cosmos Begins
to merge lesser structures of reality according to the Why-What
paradigm. Chapter 11: Bi-Deltic Cosmos Describes
a deeper understanding of reality according to what the CPT theorem of
physics tells us about reality’s structure. Chapter 12: Cirpanic Cosmos Describes
how Whatness encompasses the Where, How, and When Aspects of reality
by explaining an even deeper understanding of time. Chapter 13: Realm of Reasoning Describes
the physics understanding of Light and what it tells us about the
structure of reality. Uses Newton, Maxwell, and Einstein’s
contribution. Chapter 14: Realm of Whyness Describes
the understanding of gravitation up through Relativity theory and what
it tells us about the nature of Light. Chapter 15: Reality—Unity: Structural Integration Describes
how elementary-particle physics and an understanding of Bell’s
Theorem unify the Forces of Nature into the Why-What paradigm. Chapter 16: Using Structure to Interpret Philosophical Concepts Describes
how the structure of reality answers long-standing philosophical
questions. Chapter 17: Using Structure to Interpret Religious Concepts Gives
scientific meaning to ideas of yesteryear. Correlates concepts of the
world’s religions with a scientific understanding of the structure
of reality. Chapter 18: Mathematics, Sets, and Logic Describes
a deeper understanding of the “Primary Equation.” That deeper
understanding leads to the Ultimate Equation that defines the
“Theory of Everything Equation.” Chapter 19: Physics Interpretation of Ultimate Principle Explains
how the Ultimate Equation reductively renders the Four Forces of
Nature. The Ultimate Equation is tested by how it enables the merging
of Quantum Theory with Einstein’s Relativity. It passes the test and
explains cosmogenesis via the Big Bang theory. Chapter 20: Consciousness, Experience, and Memory Finally
describes how consciousness, experience, and memory fit into
understanding reality by describing the functionality of its
structure. Chapter 21: Explaining Everything Describes
how different levels of functionality are linked. Describes
nonreductionistically how biological life-forms evolved. Explains why
there is life. Finally correlates the notion of God with the
functionality of reality’s structure. |
