About the Author
I have a passion for writing Historical Novels about people who have lived before us. This is my third novel. In 1994 I moved to Arizona from Vermont and purchased land on Tenderfoot Hill in Congress. My neighbor, an old timer, told me that three Chinese men and their burros were buried in an old gold mine care-in on my property. The depression in the earth caused me to think that he might have been right. Though I was never haunted by any real ghosts, the thought of someone still buried there gave me cause to bring their story to life. This old tale has been pushing me to write it down since then. I hope you enjoy reading it.
