About the Author

Special skill include: training in prevent classes of alcohol misuse and drug use prevention, interpersonal responsibilities, health and readiness, personal finances, and FSA training. While serving in the United States Navy Mr. West served under Commander Michael R. Barclift and Executive Officer Kelly. Mr. West's chain of command consisted of serving under the presidency of Bill Clinton and George W. Bush as well. Mr. West was honorably discharged Dec. 12, 2002, and then attended training at Townsend Learning Center under Professor Jeanne Marie Stumpf  MS, Ph.D. He then went on to attend ITT-Tech and majored in Computer Engineering and the Science of Business Administration while continuing to serve his country as a United States Postal carrier.
