About the Authors
Chef Robert in the last thirty years has worked in the Hospitality Industry. He has operated his own Food Service Consulting and catering business. He also worked at several fine restaurants as a Chef and Sous Chef. The last sixteen years he has been a Culinary Instructor training young aspiring chefs. Presently he is a member of the Culinary Guild of Windsor which is a group of culinarians and associates who are leaders of food creation and innovation in hospitality in Windsor and Essex County.
Barb Catherine has always enjoyed helping people, be it working for twenty three years with special needs students or the past ten years decorating people’s homes. Making the most of what you have and building upon that has been her life’s motto. Presently she works as an Interior Decorator and in sales.
