Sharman Dow is President of Mercy Springs Ministry. Her personal journey in Christ has led her to create her life mission statement, which is the basis of her ministry: “To inspire and influence men and women in holiness, to reach a higher calling with God through the lordship of Jesus Christ, His Son.” Sharman’s career spans nearly twenty-five years in insurance sales, including owning her own agency. She currently works as a senior vice president for a national insurance brokerage firm. She gives inspirational motivational talks to large groups and sits on several nonprofit boards, volunteering her business skills to serve Christian ministries. She is married to Bruce Dow, and they have four grown children. They divide their time between Pasadena and La Quinta, California.
