In his book The Sorrows of the Nation, Dr. Mahmoud S. Umoru takes us to 21st century modern Nigeria and brings to light the prominent issues in the Nigeria State.
The Sorrows of a Nation is a fiction book. It dwells on the prominent issues in the Nigeria state such as
how Nigeria came from a colonial administration to independence and how it stated to take on its internal problems - problems including issues of ethic diversity, religions sentiments, regional problem and the mother of all Corruption. One man does Justice to all.
The Keys to Paradise, Dr. Umoru's second book, is a book that points to the straight path to the salvation of the Almighty God. It makes clear that reliance on the "Old Testament" and the "New Testament" in their present state/form is like one using a raft to journey on ocean waters through tempest and fog blindfolded. This book serves as a compass and a rudder to journey successfully from the contaminated and troubled waters orchestrated by the accursed Satan to the straight path to the salvation of the Almighty God.
