Community Support

Bookmasters cares deeply about the Ashland, Ohio community and our surrounding area, as well as charitable initiatives related to books, reading, and literacy. We support our local community, as well as the larger global book publishing industry, and are always looking for new opportunities to invest in causes that are near and dear to our book-loving hearts!

Here are some of the ways Bookmasters supports our community and the book publishing industry:

• Bookmasters gives tours to local schools and community groups who want to learn more about how books are made and sold. Facility tours are typically available with advance arrangements Monday through Friday. For more information, email Kristen Steele or call 419.281.5100 x1410.

• We partner with local educational institutions such as Ashland University and The Ohio State University to offer internships to students pursuing degrees in fields pertinent to book publishing, including but not limited to sales and marketing, graphic design, computer technology, accounting and finance, and logistics. We also welcome middle school and high school job shadowing.

• Bookmasters proudly donates to and sponsors many organizations, including those listed here:
